Tom Mens lectures at the University of Mons-Hainaut, where he directs the Software Engineering Laboratory since October 2003.
Until September 2003, he worked at the Programming Technology Lab of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel as an FWO Postdoctoral Research Fellow.
