(supervised compilation) A ProgramOptimization technique,
due to ValentinTurchin and colleagues, a source-to-souce
ProgramTransformation (rephrasings), more powerful than
DeForestation.
Originally applied to REFAL language, it's recently being
applied to other Declarative and Procedural (JavaLanguage)
ProgrammingLanguages.
